Anna Niedbala
UX Researcher – Product & User Experience (PUX)Anna fled an academic career in psychology to apply her PhD skills in the ‘real world’ as a UX Researcher. She nerds out over cool testing methods, languages, statistics, and whisky, three of which she uses to understand our users and improve TX Group products. Her passion is developing innovative mixed-methods approaches to discover and validate user problems and solutions (and then measuring them). Assumptions make her sad, especially the assumption that UX Research is just about prototype testing. As a former track and field athlete, Anna used to have a crippling fear of hurdles. . . but she’s gotten over it now (unlike her penchant for terrible puns). She achieved her primary goal in life when she finally adopted her cat, Marlon. Otherwise she loves travelling, rock music, and J. R. R. Tolkien.
